Thai Black Rice

Most of the time I eat raw food: unprocessed greens, fruits, nuts, seeds, cocao etc. But in Thailand I fell in love with the cooked Thai white rice with cashews, coconut milk, raisins and soy sauce with ginger, red pepper and garlic. Today I tried it myself! I used Thai black rice and also added some extra green beans and figs to the recipe. It was delicious!😌
